If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


💥 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Lumenixtech@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video evidence of the issue


🚫 Returns

Please note: since we work with global dropshipping partners, we do not accept physical returns unless approved by our supplier.
Most issues are resolved through refunds or reshipments.


⏱ Non-Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days (60 days for Brazil and some remote areas), you’re eligible for a full refund or reshipment.


❌ No Refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

  • Customer changed mind after the order was shipped

  • Orders still in transit within the delivery window


💰 Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 3–7 business days after approval.
